In what is becoming a rapidly growing tradition, another company has ditched the ESA. id Software, best known for Doom, Wolfenstien, and Quake, have left the organization. They join LucasArts and Activision-Vivendi in their absence. There are 24 companies now a part of the ESA, though with the rapidly growing list of departees, this couldn’t possibly be good news. Could E3 be in trouble?
