Having connection issues when playing the best thing to happen to the Live Arcade since… ever? Well, never fear because developer The Behemoth is working on a patch for all your connection ills. Straight from the developer’s mouths:
“Yeah, there are certain network settings where, if you’re in a very specific network environment, it won’t work with another person’s connection and that’s what’s happening. But that’s something we’re already addressing by working with Microsoft to get a patch out as fast as possible…”
On a personal note, I’ve been playing for at least 20 hours, online and off. I’ve had connection issues when trying to play with a friend in England, and another in Canada. All US players have been fine, except for one who decided to run torrents while he played.
On the other hand, I have some seen some other irritating bugs, such as being stuck on the screen, enemies that can run into the background, ones that spin in the air and take damage but never die, etc. Others have had game saves wiped out, which would be bad.
