Those people who simply couldn’t wait a little longer for Microsoft’s New Xbox Experience were probably surprised to see it available for download (illegally of course) on various torrent sites. Of course, you can’t go online with it, so it’s useless since that’s where the best features lie. Sure, you can create an avatar and play games, but there’s no party chat, Netflix viewing, Marketplace browsing, or fun.
Also, Major Nelson issued a stern warning that using NXE prior to release will cause you to be punished. Surely Microsoft knows official versus beta versions. In other words, don’t do it. It’s stupid, and you don’t gain anything.
