If you haven’t see King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters, you need to. It’s a truly great documentary about one man’s determination to beat the world record score for Donkey Kong. Unfortunately, while the movie does end well, it turns out Steve Weibe’s record was beaten after the cameras rolled by his rival Billy Mitchell.
That means it’s up to Wiebe to give it another go, and he will at E3 this year. The event will be live on G4, so everyone will be able to see whether or not the record can be reclaimed again. Weibe certainly deserves it.
