THQ CEO, Brian Farrell, referenced the motion controller as "Arc" at a recent investors call. This supports VG247's claims of a "concrete source" that also labeled the upcoming peripheral as "Arc".

Hasbro have announced that they will be pursuing legal action against the Atari subsidiary, Infogames Entertainment. Hasbro have claimed that Atari have sub-licensed the digital game rights to Dungeons & Dragons to Namco Bandai illegally, and have cited 5 accounts of Atari being in breach of contract as well as acts of fraud.
