Hasbro have announced that they will be pursuing legal action against the Atari subsidiary, Infogames Entertainment. Hasbro have claimed that Atari have sub-licensed the digital game rights to Dungeons & Dragons to Namco Bandai illegally, and have cited 5 accounts of Atari being in breach of contract as well as acts of fraud.
