NetEase Suspends New World of Warcraft Registration in China
According to Reuters, NetEase has suspended any new registration for World of Warcraft. Registration will be halted for a week, starting Monday, February 8th, to Monday, February 15th, the beginning of the Chinese new year, while the company re-applies for the license to operate the expansion (The Burning Crusade) in China.

It's official. The new World of Warcraft: Cataclysm expansion was announced Friday at BlizzCon 2008. The expansion will include two new playable races, Goblins (Horde) and Worgen (Alliance). World of Warcraft: Cataclysm expansion will be released in 2010, though an exact date was not specified.
