The most recent patch to World of Warcraft, 3.3.2, available since 09-22-2009, adds on a fair bit of changes to the game proper. Patch 3.3.2a corrected a few issues relating to patch 3.3.2, and was made available on 09-25-2009.

It's official. The new World of Warcraft: Cataclysm expansion was announced Friday at BlizzCon 2008. The expansion will include two new playable races, Goblins (Horde) and Worgen (Alliance). World of Warcraft: Cataclysm expansion will be released in 2010, though an exact date was not specified.
