It’s been a while since gamers were able to throw 110 yard passes for a touchdown in video game football. Leave it to Tecmo Bowl to resurrect that style of play. The last time the franchise saw daylight was on the PlayStation in a mess of a game that barely resembled the title gamers know and love.
If this Joystiq preview has anything to say, the golden days are back. From the music, to play selection, to the ease of running down field diagonally to deke out would be defenders, Tecmo Bowl is back… at least without a NFL license. Hey, we can’t have everything.
