Castle Crashers Wins Out in XBLA Awards


Did you vote in the second annual Xbox Live Arcade Awards? If not, then you have no business complaining about the big winner, the Behemoth’s Castle Crashers. The four player beat-em-up, despite some rough going early on with the multi-player online, still achieved the status of “best” amongst the community voting. It also took home Best Co-op and Best Original Game, beating out frontrunner Braid. The latter did take home one award, that for Innovation.

The only other double winner was Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, which is hopefully the last time anyone will have to type out the full name after winning two. The full list of winners follows below.
