NBA 2 Ball Demo Found, Detailed

NBA 2 Ball is an interesting little oddity from the PlayStation era. It was a demo, given away during the 1998 NBA All Star Game. No word on how many were produced. It ran on Acclaim’s rather awful NBA Jam Extreme engine, delivering the rather enjoyable 2 Ball experience that I believe is no longer used during All Star Weekend.

Unfortunately, no one in attendance seemed to care for the free demo, and there are only two left in existence. Two. Game-rave.com was able to get a copy up and running for a full feature, detailing the game in-depth (in more depth than even the game can provide), provided YouTube footage, and offers some trivia. It’s a wonderful write-up for anyone interested in gaming oddities.
