Two Million Sign Up for Battlefield Heroes Duty

DICE’s free gift to Battlefield fans, Battlefield Heroes, has officially signed up two million people. What does the lucky person who signed up at #2,000,000 get? Nothing actually. That person is apparently not that special.

However, DICE did announce that new content, including social networking features, will become live on Sept. 30th. Also a new map is being released (codenamed HEAT), and they’re letting the community name it. Not a bad deal, and kudos to keeping the community involved in a such a way that they can affect the game.  Good luck to all who enter, and hopefully you win… nothing. Wow. Talk about a bum contest.
