Those wondering about that “Welcome Back” program Sony announced a little while back during the outage can now have their curiosity satiated. Now that PSN is going back online, PlayStation Plus users who were subscribed prior to the outage will be gifted an additional 60 days on their subscription, non-subscribers still get 30 days free. All users will be given a couple of unspecified digital movie rentals, while Home users will be able to snag 100 virtual items when that service returns.
Still, the best stuff remains, and that’s the games themselves. US and European users are being given a similar list of games, the only difference being that European players are being given Ratchet and Clank: Quest for Booty instead of Super Stardust HD. Other than that, here are the games, and you will be able to choose from two PS3 digital titles and two PSP digital titles:
PS3:
- Dead Nation
- inFAMOUS
- LittleBigPlanet
- Super Stardust HD
- Wipeout HD + Fury
For PSP:
- LittleBigPlanet (PSP)
- ModNation Racers
- Pursuit Force
- Killzone Liberation
Those are great lists, and it’s especially surprising to see full retail titles on there as opposed to just PSN games. Sony is trying to make good on the whole, but is free stuff enough to lure you back into putting your credit card info back on PSN?
