Fancy yourself good at Tetris? Time to prove it at the 2nd Annual Tetris World Championships!
Mark down October 16, because qualifying rounds will start at 10am sharp at the University of Southern California’s Bovard Auditorium. Your first attempt costs $10 and that also gets you into the venue so you can spectate as much as you want. If you get knocked out of the tournament for whatever reason, you can try again for $3!
You can even pick your weapon of choice: NES or PS3, or you can do a two-versus-two battle on PS3. Each ladder is offering a $1,000 grand prize, so if you really think you’re good at Tetris, what better way to prove it then by saying you won a thousand bones from playing a game of Tetris?
Be sure to check out the official page if you want more specifics like the rule sets of each ladder. Otherwise, happy stacking competitors!
