Want to Believe in the Xbox 720? How About Some Résumés?

Now that Real Steel brought in a seemingly fake Xbox 720 logo, the rumor mill has been on fire when it comes to the next console generation. Want some more tinder for the rumor fire? How about four résumés hinting on involvement on the next console?

One Jeff Faulkner has a job title of “Xbox Next Gen Creative Director,” on his résumé. Jonathan Harris has a tantalizing statement, saying he’s been “designing the next generation of entertainment.” Patrick Corrigan has a doozy of an entry: “providing groundwork an integration for branding elements for next-gen Xbox on all forms of media. Ranging from print to UI across future releases of the Xbox platform.” And lastly is an intern who has been handling “high speed data buses to prevent electromagnetic interference in next-gen devices.”

I’ve always been the skeptic, but it seems like everyone thinks the next console generation is inevitable. And I for one am scared of the new generation. I’ve had this Xbox for a long time now and console launches have always scared me. I’ve historically never had any spare money to get the new console on launch day.
