Shooters these days like Modern Warfare 3 and Battlefield 3 let you customize aspects like your gun’s performance and the emblems on your character. That level of customization is quaint, but once you see Blacklight Retribution‘s level of customization in their dev diary, it may act like the measuring stick to all future FPS customization.
So what can you expect to customize past your usual gun camo and special perks in Blacklight Retribution? How about the ability to display the medals of your achievements right on your person? How about the ability to change the very design on your guns stock or magazine feed? How about the ability to play as a female?
Well, I expect a lot of people would be sold on that aspect alone. The female body can be quite memorizing, even when under layers of armor and weapons. Blacklight Retribution is free-to-play and if you want to check out what all the commotion is about, check out its website to see if you can get in the beta.
